Altar, St.Peters, Bardon

I took this at a flower festival in this nice little church. The simplicity and unusual background caught my eye.

It's a complex simplicity, Brian. There really is a lot of detail to be seen here.
Brian Walbey: The whole church is very simple in design Ginnie, but I didn't shoot many pictures because it was full od people and covered in beautiful flower arrangements.
Works well for me Brian, like the detail in the wall at the back.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Les, I like the detail too.

The little owl of wisdom in the right hand corner, this is a lovely capture of a beautiful alter, nice job here.
Brian Walbey: Thank you Astrid, I didn't notice the little owl.
I like the composition. Great details and lighting
Brian Walbey: Thankyou Richard, there was a lot of natural sunlight mixed with the church lighting.

Lovely simple picture Brian. Lovely warmth to it
Brian Walbey: Thank you Bill. Yes it is simple but so is the whole church, it is mainly built of red brick so I guess it dates from around Victorian times.
