Copybook technicq.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ray.

Tight competition.
Brian Walbey: I seem to recall these two were close together throughout the race.

Great background here, Brian. Great shot.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Astrid, sometimes the background on a track can be too prominent, this one isn't.

Number 5 is winning
Brian Walbey: Well trying to anyway.
A great shot of cornering technique
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill, hairpin bends are good for this sort of shot. This shot is taken by a fellow club member at the same place, I wish I'd taken it https://www.flickr.com/photos/shepshedcameraclub/40533937862/in/album-72157692293192751/

There's not a lot of rubber on the track certainly on the lead bike.
Brian Walbey: AS the years went by trye technology changed and the contatc patch got smaller.
Welcome back, Brian. I knew you were gone, of course, but, I'm sorry, didn't follow you, as you already know.
Brian Walbey: Don't worry Ginnie, I bet you've been busy planning the big day later this week smile
Is Mark Woods touching the ground with his knee, Brian. Terrific capture!
Brian Walbey: That is the style of riding these days and they all have strong pads built into the knees of their riding leathers which allow them to scrape their knee on the ground when they corner at such steep angles, it was never like that when I rode a motorbike on the road many years ago.
Who won?
Brian Walbey: No idea Tom, I was too busy taking photos.
It reminds me of the photo adage that angles and action are synonymous, good catch Brian.
Brian Walbey: Indeed Frank, in MotoGP, the top class of racing, this 'big boys' lean over at up to 60 degrees from the vertical, unbelieveable!
