Nice.

I have a connection with Wye River...that is the one in Australia...for 20 years we parked our caravan in a part right at that point along the Great Ocean Road where the river ran into the ocean and it was our home for more than 2 months each year.
Brian Walbey: That sounds a nice way to spend time Ray, and looking at where it is there are a number of familiar English place names round and about. My daughter and SIL are flying to Perth on Sunday for 3 weeks and are working their way down to Albany and back via Mandurah and Pemberton among other places, plus visiting Rottnest island. This will be their third visit, our SIL's brother lives in Perth so they spend some time with him.
Jolie photo, c'est l'heure de la toilette.

Brian Walbey: It was a Monday morning, getting all spruced up for the week ahead smile

A bit of a change in pace after the motorbikes Brian.
Brian Walbey: I have a real mixed bag of pictures coming up for the next few weeks Chad, a series that osn't a series really.
Grooming time. A nice shot Brian
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill, it was a Monday morning, getting all spruced up for the week ahead smile
Happy water birds!
Brian Walbey: Right in the middle of town which means everybody can enjoy seeing them.
Show the difference between geese and ducks so well. Love this!
Brian Walbey: I suppose it does come to think of it.

The geese invited the ducks to the grooming party ...
Brian Walbey: Plenty of room for all Louis.

This is such a great picture, I love the ones who have the feet in the water and standing on the ledge....
I like this very much, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Astrid. The whole town is a lovely place, one of the main visitor centres in our Peak District.
They all seem to have congregated in the same spot for their grooming ritual, Brian.
Brian Walbey: I guess they are there every day having their daily spruce up.

Looks to be a good spot to attend to such important matters as preening. I wonder if they let the ducks have a turn?
Brian Walbey: I gues the Ducks only get a look in when the big boys move on.

Seems like such a scary place to stand. I love the line up.
Brian Walbey: At least they can swim if they fall in smile
