It is certainly very good, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Ray.
It is lovely - I like the framing!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Elizabeth, I thought I'd try something different just to upset the judge, they don't normally see things like this smile

Jolie présentation pour ce paysage.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Martine.
I've not seen this before, Brian, but even if I had, it's definitely worth a second look!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ginnie.

This is a fine portrait of Baconbuttie Land Brian
Brian Walbey: Thanks Chris, and we did indeed enjoy a Bacon Buttie while we were there, this was the first time we had the pleasure of meeting Bill a long tiem ago now.
congratulations on bagging the second position with this fine shot, Brian. i like the effect of the curving path.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ayush, I think the path must have been designed for we photographers smile

I like that path curling into the trees. Is the frame/border allowed in competitions? It does add to the visual appeal of the picture.
Brian Walbey: I think the path must have been designed for we photographers. I have been in camera clubs for over 40 years Louis and have seen and heard most things so occasionally I enter something like this in a competition just for the fun of it to confuse the judge smile

This makes my mouth water, Brian - and not just because of the bacon butty shack!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Lisl. I take it you are familiar with the Bacon Butty shack as are we, this was the first time we had the pleasure of meeting Bill a long time ago now.
