Claydon House Gardens 5/7

I saw this triptych in my minds eye as I looked at these Foxgloves and took a set of pictures accordingly. Sometimes it’s nice to try something different.

We really need to trim up around the edge of the rockery in our front garden at home but not before this nice little group of late winter flowers have had their time in the sun. Once again all Maureen's doing.

J'aime beaucoup la couleur des premières fleurs.
Brian Walbey: Gorgeous aren't they.
A lovely triptych - foxgloves are so pretty! Amazing that this beautiful plant produces a very powerful cardiac medication... when people talk about "natural" remedies being "safer" - I point to the fact that nothing is more natural than a Foxglove... smile

Maureens rock garden is wonderful!!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Elizabeth. I didn't know about the natural remedy made from Foxgloves, perhaps I ought to take it for my heart, I could add it to all the other pills I'm taking already!
Wonderful triptych Brian!
Maureen's garden is beautiful.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Richard.

How beautiful are those foxgloves, and their presentation, Brian
Brian Walbey: Thanks Elisabeth, sadly Maureen doesn't seem to have much luck with them in our (her) garden.

Foxgloves are lovely plants when fully in bloom
Brian Walbey: R=They are, sadly Maureen doesn't seem to have much luck with them in our (her) garden
Oh, yes, Brian. It's so fun to "picture it" before you take the picture. smile And YAY for Maureen.
Brian Walbey: It just struck me as a reasonable idea and I think it worked.

I love this triptych - the foxgloves presented themselves so beautifully to get photographed.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Philine.
An elegant flower affording many photo opps. I am sowing some pure white ones this season but it will be Summer 2017 before they will flower
Brian Walbey: Yes I like them but sadly Maureen doesn't seem to have much luck with them in our (her) garden
It's all very pleasing Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Chad.
It most certainly is good to try different things. That is how we grow.
Brian Walbey: It just struck me as a reasonable idea and I think it worked.

It is good to have the final result in the mind's eye. I believe it improves the result. like here.
Brian Walbey: It seemed a good idea at the time and I think it worked reasonably well.

The three pictures of the Foxgloves are wonderful, what great colours. Maureen can be proud of her garden, let the early flowers bloom and after that some others will bloom. I really like it.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Astrid.
Very nice triptych, Brian!

Floxloves are one of the few plants I recognise. Good to see that Maureen has the green fingers.
Brian Walbey: Yes most of our garden is down to Maureen.
