photoblog image York - On The River 5/7

York - On The River 5/7

An unusual Boat Friday image.

As with one of my pictures from York last week where I remarked about Bath and York both having plenty of oddball things going on I do wonder if Bath has one of these on their river. There were actually two tied up in different places but it seems business was a bit slow at the time we were passing by.

What a great capture - a bit more difficult for customers to "Stop me and buy one" though smile
Brian Walbey: I'd never seen one of these before, not very helpful if one is on a riverboat though.

A magnificent frontispiece Brian.
Brian Walbey: Fancy having a cornet as big as that to eat.
