Bakewell 7/7

I make no apology for featuring the lone seat from yesterday once again in todays posting, it is a lovely seat and has that beautiful lamp post to one side and from this angle looks to be buried right in the midst of the flower bed.

i don't mind seeing this bench again Brian... i love to sit and look at such a beautiful garden... those are wonderful old stone walls behind it and the arch above the window brings the whole scene together....petersmile
Brian Walbey: Indeed a fine place to sit and watch the world go by Peter.

My eyes are heading for the bench and then I'll be glancing around and enjoying this lovely garden!

It looks impossible to sit on without trampling the plants
Brian Walbey: It is the first seat along the path in yesterdays picture, the path is hidden by the flowers.
This is a challenging illusion, proving the camera can lie, well worth posting.
Brian Walbey: I didn't realise it would come out like this when it took the picture.
What a charming scene Brian! Is there a hidden path to reach the bench?

It seems you must walk through the flowers to sit down.

A very typical BrianW picture,if I may say so - that is a compliment!
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Lisl, I've got a thing about lone seats as you have probably gathered.
Never apologize:never explain Brian

Haha.. yes, it does seem to be inaccessible unless you temple across the flower beds. Your shots make me want to return to Bakewell.
Brian Walbey: Just slight of the camera Alan. Bakewell is a nice little town although I guess it is busy on summer weekends and Monday market days.

Very nice reading lamp for when the sun is not performing, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Indeed or to be romantic with ones best girl after dusk has fallen smile
