I liked the colour version even better, Brian.
it looks faster in monochrome Brian...petersmile
Brian Walbey: Strangely enough it does seem to Peter.
Excellent pan shot, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Frank, a technique I used to be good at but haven't done much of for many years.
Excellent shot - it's amazing how different these look!
Brian Walbey: I think I prefer this version myself to be honest.

Good photograph Brian - works in B&W for me.
Brian Walbey: It does for me also Mike.
A great feel of movement.
Brian Walbey: I think the stance of the rider on the bike helps that aspect of the shot.
very effective in b/w, Brian. the lack of colours focuses the attention more on dynamic quality, i feel.
Brian Walbey: My thoughts exactly Ayush, I do prefer this version.
I like them both equally Brian!

Any excuse to flood the form of a bike with advertising ...hee hee
Brian Walbey: Like most sports they wouldn't exist without adverts these days, a top 2-rider superbike team costs about £350,000 to £500,000 per season I believe.

I like the action you're caught here. Luckily I can't hear the noise!
Brian Walbey: I think the stance of the rider on the bike helps that aspect of the shot. To an enthusiast the noise is part of the attraction, although not quite as much as now there are quite severe noise restrictions in place.
A fine conversion Brian
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill.
Good action shot Brian
