Brimham Rocks 6/6

One final image, and one could take a lot, there are many formations, is what I felt was one of the best of the balancing formations. They really do look as if somebody has taken each individual rock and laid them on top of each other, rather than having been worn like this by the natural elements over many centuries.  In case you didn't know Maureen came home on Friday, she is o.k.but this time she is getting a bit more pain and her initial mobility is not quite so good as last September, I think her recovery time will last a bit longer, but at least both Hips have now been done.

A young lad has put up a guide post, Brian.

Maureen will be skipping along paths like this in a few weeks...
Brian Walbey: I think I found this the best rocks of all.
this certainly looks a bit too precarious for comfort. wishing all the best for a smooth recovery for your wife.
Brian Walbey: They are all connected though Ayush.
This makes such a lovely composition! I think I see a critter on one of the rocks on the right...

I"m so glad Maureen is home, but sorry she's having a more difficult time... Hang in there both of you!
Brian Walbey: Indeed there Is Elizabeth, I hear there's going to be an extra critter round your way this week smile

These are very interesting rocks Brian. It is good to know Maureen can only improve from now onwards
Brian Walbey: We really enjoyed our visit to these rocks. Maureen has plenty of time to get 100%, we've nothing arranged for the rest of the year.
It blows the mind what happens over time with Mother Nature's artistry, Brian. Thanks for showing it.

Please let Maureen know our best thoughts and prayers are with her for a speedy recovery this time around.
Brian Walbey: So many of the beautiful things in the world are the work of Mother Nature.

You can tell these are old 'mountains' by the way the are weather beaten.
Great shot.
I am so sorry to hear about Maureen. The good thing is that both hips are done and now can take time to recover.
Brian Walbey: It must have taken years and years for these rocks to get like this. Maureen has plenty of time to get 100%, we've nothing arranged for the rest of the year.

Usual good wishes to Maureen, and as you say, both hips have been done now. I hope she starts to feel a bit better soon

They are remarkable aren't they.

Good news that Maureen is safely home - time to build up muscle tone again!

Incredible the forces of nature that give these such strange shapes. I'm sure the Walk Disney theme park designers get their inspiration from such places.

I hope your patient does not get impatient wink

Amazing formations,Brian, Hope Maureen is up and about soon.

This shot shows some of the best formations. I feel bad that this surgery was not as smooth for Maureen as last time.

wow Brian... quite unusual! but i like it..
One step at a time with Maureen, please extend my love!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ronky, on both counts.

Bizarre to think that this is natural Brian.
Brian Walbey: Indeed Chad, quite a spectacular thing to see.
These are good. One would almost think that they had been arranged. Hope all goes well for you both.
Brian Walbey: Yes this group do look like they've been arranged, but it's all the work of nature.

A bird has climbed up the rocks. If youngsteres were here, they would try to climb up, too. I wonder that the upper stones did not fall down.
Brian Walbey: Children do climb up, we saw some while we were there. The upper stones can't fall down because they are all one big stone shaped this way by nature somehow.
You kept the best for the end Brian.
Nice to hear that Maureen is back home and I hope that she will do as well as in last September!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Richard. Maureen is finding the early days a bit slower to get on than the first time, but there is plenty of time, the important thing is she gets fully fit properly.
