Lots of lovely reflections here Brian
Brian Walbey: Yes they give it a nice dappled feeling.
Lovely picture Brian particularly the reflections in the water
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill, with things like this there are so many little compositions one can make, I think this is about right.

Don't go near that water.. an alligator will suddenly leap out and grab you! I can see one disguised as a stick smile
Brian Walbey: Lol. It does look a bit like that doesn't it.

Did you step by your wellies through this water and mud? Lol at Alan!
Brian Walbey: Definitely not Philine, goodness knows what lurks under that water, although we don't really get nasties in the U.K.
swamp time, where is Kermit the Frog?
Brian Walbey: Looks like a swamp Chantal. Kermit was just out of picture watching me take the photo smile

I always like a good reflection - nice one.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Mike, that reflection was one reason I chose this composition.
I like the light and pond reflections Brian smile
Brian Walbey: Thanks Martin, there were plenty of opportunities with this little pond.
A lovely capture Brian! can't imagine stepping in though
Brian Walbey: No I wouldn't step in Ronke, it was very much a wild pool with weeds and all sorts in it.

This is a very interesting composition Brian... i like the textures and reflections on the water...the log looks like an arm with a broken hand.....petersmile
Brian Walbey: I took several Peter not sure quite what to pick out, this one seems to work quite well. That log could be many things, a Crocodile has been suggested.
At night that would have me running if I spotted that branch. Well spotted.
Brian Walbey: Me as well Scotia, mind you brave Hammish might think differently smile
I thought from the thumbnail it was a swamp!
Brian Walbey: It does look a bit like that Tom although the pond is actually quite large.

An opportunity to cool off your feet, Brian.
Brian Walbey: No thanks Ray, goodness knows what was under the surface smile
