If the horse is going to do some jumping- that's exactly what they must be doing. I like the concentration shown by the men, and the nonchalance by the horse! smile
Brian Walbey: Yes there was show jumping going on, and other horses doing stuff, but you will have to wait until tomorrow to see that.

I like the look of patience on the the horse's face
Brian Walbey: I guess they get used to this sort of thing Chris.
I had no idea what they were doing until you told me
Brian Walbey: I presume the bindings protect the lower legs when they are going over jumps in the showring.

a nice scene! The horse looks like a brave, solid work- horse, not a jumping horse?
Brian Walbey: I think he was either being prepared for the show jumping or the other activity which you will see tomorrow.

A wonderful portrait of all three. The horse looks like he has seen it all. Wonderful collage yesterday of the little man with his cow smile.... love your words with it..
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Astrid, I guess the horses get used to having this sort of thing done.

I like this vanilla horse sprinkled with chocolate.
Brian Walbey: Yes isn't this a lovely looking horse.
A very relaxed horse just letting it happen
Brian Walbey: I guess they get used to this Martin.
Beautiful picture Brian....someone got to do it... I guess
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much, I guess the horse and the grooms are used to doing this.

I imagine if they are jumpers then the legs can get a battering on some of the bars on the jumps unless protected. I know that showing Shire horses, for example, takes many hours of preparation before they go on display.
Brian Walbey: Yes I suspect this might have been a jumper, as you say they need protection from the fences on their lower legs.
I like this and what a fine horse
Brian Walbey: Lovely horse isn't it.
Beautiful capture Brian. These two men certainly have to be patient!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Richard, and the horse is showing a lot of patience as well.
Looks like black Gaffer tape Brian...it fixes most things
Brian Walbey: Indeed it does bill, but I guess this is something not quite so sticky.

Ooooooooo...you sound so technical, Brian...
Brian Walbey: Sorry about that Ray, I guess the tape is leg protection for when it jumps fences.

A picture of patience, almost resignation, Brian
Brian Walbey: On the part of the horse and the grooms it seems.
