photoblog image ....And I'll Take Yours (2/2)

....And I'll Take Yours (2/2)

Down by the River Avon at Charlecote Manor, Warwickshire in September.

Taken in the grounds at Charlecote Manor during our September weekend break. I had the camera on my knee, used the rear screen rather than the viewfinder and took the two pictures for yesterday and today.

The combined version of this and yesterday's images is here > http://www.flickr.com/photos/brianaw2010/9740008051/

Better not tell Maureen what you are up to, Brian...smile

Two very pleasing pictures, Brian, and fun for you to capture them
Brian Walbey: Thanks Lisl, the usefulness of a rear screen.
Great seen together on Flickr, Brian……..the rear screen is great for candid shots smile

I think you should carry on sticking you lens up peoples noses and invading their personal space. Then when they appear concerned just tell them that it was a privelidge and a compliment to them for you to take their picture...
Brian Walbey: I know that's more or less how you go about candids Richard, I'm perhaps not as brave as you, but I do take the odd shot every now and then.

Two nice scenes - is the one lady a muslima, as modern in her life style as the other girls?
Brian Walbey: Thanks Philine. I seem to think both ladies were of Muslim descent although only one had a headscarf on. A lot of the girls wear modern clothes and a headscarf these days, even the younger ones to school, it is the ones wearing Burkhas that I find disturbing, and my guess is that they only wear them because of the overbearance of their menfolk.
