Fabulous shot Brian! The steam adds a lot of atmosphere to this capture. smile
Brian Walbey: Thanks Frances, they were letting is stand and cool off before they could start trying to find out what went wrong earlier in the day.

Oh Dear! All dressed up and nowhere to hide...

The Shame!
Brian Walbey: Indeed Ray, I guess she was cooling off before they find out what went wrong.
Looking immaculate Brian
Brian Walbey: Indeed Bill, and she'll look equally as immaculate at the SVR.gala on 20th.- 22nd.September if you manage to get that way.
Well that's sad - but a fantastic shot of all that steam!
Brian Walbey: Yes I was looking forward to seeing her at work but she'd cried enough before I got there, oh well I have seen her quite a few times before.

Fine engines, sorry to see she's failed Brian
Brian Walbey: Yes she'd failed by the time I arrived at Loughborough. She is at the SVR gala from 20th.- 22nd.September, I have told Bill, you two lads should have a day out to see her.

another amazing shot Brian
Brian Walbey: Thanks Richard.
Good shot, Brian,I hope Sir gets fixed. smile
Brian Walbey: Yes this was earlier this year Frank, she is in fine fettle now although she is no longer going to run on the national network but only heritage railways.
She is giving it a good go Brian. Good shot
Brian Walbey: I think they'd left her to coll off before finding out what went wrong Janet.
Ahh beautiful beautiful steam, a great capture Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Sally.
It must have been a bit of a disappointment for those who came to see Sir Lamiel in action, Brian. You still managed to get a crackerjack shot, though.
Brian Walbey: Indeed Beverly although, living not far away from this railway I had seen Sir Lamiel several times before.
comme de la vapeur à eau
Brian Walbey: Yes indeed, it was cooling off.

Oh dear, that's a shame! I like the steam coming from everywhere. Were they venting it?
Brian Walbey: Not sure about the venting Alan but I guess it was cooling down so they could find out what went wrong.
