Swanage - A Glimpse 2/7

Swanage is situated at the Eastern end of the Isle of Purbeck just along the coast from Poole and Bournemouth, and was originally a small port and fishing village which flourished in the Victorian era, when it first became a significant quarrying port and later a seaside resort for the rich of the day. This is a view from the same place as yesterday down towards the very fine pier and jetty.  We are away in the Yorkshire Dales for a few days, there should be wi-fi to use my new tablet with, but I will catch up with you all in full at the weekend.

Is this the result of HDR or just a touch over doing the sharpening. Again a timeless scene.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Richard. A touch too much Topaz here to be honest.

A fine postcard-type image Brian
I like the porcessing, a little HDR
Brian Walbey: A touch of Topaz Chantal.
I can see why it is a popular place.
