Hidcote Manor Garden 7/12

At the very top of the garden is a very nice open woodland area, indeed it was from here that Friday’s image was taken from. Being there in late May everything was bursting out in lovely fresh green colours and this little collage is just a selection of the images I took in this area.

Now that's my kind of spot! And perfect for Easter Sunday, as it's in Nature that I truly find God.
I love that you included bark and leaf details in this - nicely done Brian!
Brian Walbey: This is a lovely spot on the edge of the garden looking out over the countryside, and it was again easier to do this than post 5 separate images.

I like your collage with all the fresh green colours - yes, I remmeber to have seen there different sorts of leaves and so many lovely flowers around the trees - the birch(Birke) belongs to my favourite trees. A blessed Happy Easter to you and yours!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Philine, I wonder what this part of the garden looks like with the colours of Autumn. Thanks for the wishes, We had a lovely day at church yesterday, both morning and evening.

There are very many greens here Brian
Brian Walbey: Indeed Chris, that's one of the joys of April/May I always feel.
Ray got the line I had in mind, on green, nice
Brian Walbey: Thanks Juan.
It is that lovely spring lushness, in evidence.
Brian Walbey: Indeed Mary, that's one of the joys of April/May I always feel.

Beautiful montage Brian! So much green smile The birch trees are lovely.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Frances, the April/may greens are always a delight to me.
Wonderful green shades here Brian!
Brian Walbey: Indeed Richard, that's one of the joys of April/May I always feel.
I think I would prefer the original image without the insets Brian
Brian Walbey: It was again easier to do this than post 5 separate images Richard otherwise the series would have been extremely long, but I do get your meaning.
Nice assemblage of pics, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Tom.

Another delightful scene. I was out in the New Forest this morning and there is only a very few signs of spring at the moment. Amazing what different a few months will make - and some warmth!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Alan. There's not much sign of spring round our way at the moment, sadly.
