Wareham - The River Frome 6/7

A bit further along from yesterdays image some boats are moored up by the riverside path along the River Frome, and I felt it was nice to see the path kept clear but the surround left to be as nature intends without being overgrown.

I like this angle on the boats through the trees Brian... they even have boats sitting up in the bushesgrin....petersmile
Brian Walbey: Yes the path from yesterday veers slightly right leaving this wide area of the bank free.
beautiful day, lovely crisp details to see and creative composition. any processing done on this image, Brian?
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ayush. Normal processing although I usually add a very small touch of Topaz Adjust to slightly lift the colours.

Looks like you had been hacking your way through the jungle and came across this clearing smile
Brian Walbey: The path veers of to the right and leaves this area for boaters to use the bank.
nice small harbor
Brian Walbey: Yes quite a long length of the river bank is given over to moorings.

Brian Walbey: In my front and back gardens!!! and yours no doubtsmile

I expect people have been walking along here to get to their boats: maybe the path goes further on to the sea
Brian Walbey: The boats are moored up for a long way along the river Chris, it would be a very pleasant, but long walk through to Poole Harbour I would think.
It must be a pleasant pastime boating, I've never had the opportunity.
Brian Walbey: I've never been a boating person Martin, possibly because I'm a very poor swimmer.
Lovely capture Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Sally.
Looks like an enjoyable place to wander Brian.
Brian Walbey: It is Bill, one can walk along the river bank for miles looking at it on Google Earth.
Delightful, disarray, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Indeed it is Frank, with an element of regimentation at the same time.
Wonderful capture with this POV Brian!
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Richard.
Overgrown it certainly is!
Brian Walbey: I guess it would be quite a difficult area to cut regularly, the fishermen and boaters probably clear as much as they need.
Sunshine and colour. Very pleasant.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Graeme, I bet it doesn't look like this today.

This is a great shot, Brian...perhaps my favourite in the excellent series.
