Lynmouth Odds And Ends 3/5

I found a few little odds and ends to photograph during my visit to Lynmouth two years ago. I guess these are a bit more up-market than the usual offerings of ‘Kiss me Quick’ hats and baseball caps, and definitely not cuddly toys like the last two days!

Very colourful, Brian, and hopefully knitted by local lasses of all ages rather than imported by the container-load from China/Vietnam.
Brian Walbey: I can't really imagine these being shipped in from the Far East, but these days who knows.
Penny would love the blue and white set... it will remind her of the sea... good shot Brian....petersmile
Brian Walbey: Thanks Peter, you will have to treat Penny to a very expensive trip over to Lynmouth just to buy her this hat smile

So, did you buy one for Maureen, Brian??? smile
Brian Walbey: No I didn't Ginnie, she does have a couple of this type of hat though, except she usually forgets to take them with her!!

Every photographer should wear one Brian ;o) Did you get one to start the trend? ;o)
Brian Walbey: I definitely didn't get one Mike, but in an emergency I guess one would keep the rain off.

And not outrageously priced, either, Brian
Brian Walbey: Quite reasonable although not quite my style smile
Someone's hands were busy!
Brian Walbey: Yes they do look very well made.
The ladies are certainly spoiled for choice here Brian, very colourful!
Brian Walbey: Yes they are Fred, it was the mix of colours that caught my eye.

This looks very English, but not Queen - like, in any case hat and bag are matching - and not expensive!
Brian Walbey: I reckon our Queen would look good in one of these Philine.
Looks like someone bought themselves a knitting machine Brian grin
Brian Walbey: Or something like that.
Odds and ends? Stylish hats and purses??? smile
Brian Walbey: I guess they are quite attractive for the ladies among us Tom.
A lovely assortment of colourful hats and bags, Brian. Very nice that you can purchase a matching ensemble.
Brian Walbey: Yes they look good don't they.
Not my style, but I admire the handywork - very difficult!
Brian Walbey: I guess they are made by machine Elizabeth, but I could be wrong.
A beautiful colours assortment here Brian!
Brian Walbey: The central bag is certainly very colourful.

Is £6.99 just the headline price? [Groan]. Not an unreasonable price I would think but those hats would not keep out the Exmoor rain smile
Brian Walbey: Groan indeed Alan smile

This series could one day form a piece of social history.
Brian Walbey: I shall leave it to the nation then Chad, what's the P.M's.address?
'hat's a good picture, Brian!
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Graeme.
