Bure Valley Railway 4/4

Just before we left the Bure Valley Railway at Aylsham, Norfolk, an arrival from Wroxham came in this one being hauled by locomotive No.7 Spitfire. Again based on the Indian Railways ZB design the locomotive was designed and built specifically for the railway by Winson Engineering and delivered at Whitsun 1994. Partially rebuilt in 2005/2006 to improve it's performance. In 2011, during it's 10 year overhaul, even more improvments have been made. It is painted Brunswick Green with Great Western fittings.
