For the last scan in this series I am returning to where we started nearly two weeks ago, namely St.Ives, Cambridgeshire where we lived from 1978 until 1989.
At the time I was there I used to pass this on an unusually decorated shop on The Waits. The tiled bull on the front, and its surround, date back to when it was a butcher's shop, originally founded in the 1880s. The shop has since been replaced by an architect's office, I do hope they haven't done away with this bit of the towns history.
