A Saturday At Sudbury Hall 4/5

The National Trust had a "freebie" day recently and we took our Grandson to the Museum of Childhood at Sudbury Hall near Uttoxeter.  I will show some of the building later but once again I took the opportunity to try some candid shots.

This was a long picnic, the picture being taken at 14.23.  I have an earlier shot of the same picnic taken at 13.03, my children wouldn't have sat still that long way back when.

We are away until Saturday, I will catch up when I get back.

Fine candid here, Brian.
I love meals that take forever

Nice one Brian
Most kids these days can't sit still for more than 20 seconds....perhaps they were drugged

Dad's dress here is typical for modern family wear in 2010. Just imagine if you'd dressed like that when your kids were that age - everyone would hve thought you were mad!
looks like family fun
Who can blame them for takimng a long picnic.

LOL at Chris! Yes, very true. A "Museum of Childhood", eh? Does that mean they have old children as exhibits? smile
I would sit all afternoon if the weather was like this, mine would have been happy with a game of bat and ball smile
Nice family scene, Brian.
A very nice family capture Brian.
