'Scene' in Dorset - Hurn Court 3/4

This "longish" series comprises a variety of subjects and shots I took during our April visit to Dorset for our nephews wedding.

The River Stour runs through the grounds of the Hurn Court Estate on its way to join the sea at Christchurch, and this is just one of the many shots I took during an evening walk through the parkland.

Those evening walks are so calming after a day's work, Brian. I know, even when you're retired. smile
Brian Walbey: It was a walk I really enjoyed Ginnie, because of some health issues (balance problems) walking is not something I do a lot of but that day everything was really good.

Nice and peaceful Brian
Brian Walbey: It was really quiet and peaceful Tony considering we were really near two major seaside resorts and the local airport.
What a lovely scene Brian. The light is superb!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Richard, I am certain you would enjoy a Saturday morning walk around this country estate.

Very pleasing, Brian. I' can just imagine the freshness and the cool of a spring evening. It already seems such a long time ago.
Brian Walbey: It does indeed Alan, especially the last couple of days when it has been proper summer.
Like a Constable painting, Brian.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Tom, that has given me an idea.
looks like a lovely area to explore!
Brian Walbey: The whole area is one of the better known parts of England Charles, and this estate is right in the middle of it.
A classic, mind-boggling jigsaw shot. Well done.
Brian Walbey: Many thanks Sheila.
Lovely place, colours and details in the shot.
Brian Walbey: Thanks John.
This is a picturesque river Brian..and much sort after by the anglers..Lovely shot.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ron. A local fishing club appear to have exclusive use of the waters.
