Church Visits - 2009 12/15

During 2009 I visited 15 churches and featured some of them occasionally on SC. in part.  This series will cover all of them, and for this series you will see that I have used a common theme of layout and presentation for each, which I hope you will enjoy, together with a short piece of sacred music that I hope you will find time to enjoy also.

This collage is made up of images you saw last year as a day by day series of a small country church just a few miles from where we live.  Despite there only being a handful of houses (see here) this church has a large congregation with worshippers travelling from afar to attend services and social functions in the church hall next door.

I may still be away in Dorset today so will catch up later in the week.

That's a pretty imposing nave.
Another nice selection of images. I particularly like the lower left hand side.

I like them all, but the outdoors one, bottom left, is soooooooo moody and atmospheric with those graves in the foreground!! Great stuff!!

I have a question too, how does one embed youtube video's? I can only link them on my blog. Is there a special trick?? Would be happy with a small tutorial Brian.
Not sure the single mono picture quite works Brian
Much the same here Brian..They attend church..but mainly for the winwag afterwards.
The series is progressing well Brian, looks like you had a good tour around last year.

I especially like the image in the bottom left corner., Brian. As usual, your presentation brings out the characters of these fine buildings.
Brian Walbey: Many thanks for that kind comment Alan.
