Lindisfarne Postcard

2009 Retrospective - I had a number of images I took last year that I would have liked to have posted on SC but time didn't allow.  For the time being I am posting a number of these, in no particular order, which I hope you will enjoy.

In October I posted a picture of this castle that looked like this http://brianaw.shutterchance.com/photoblog/Lindisfarne_Castle_/

This is the same place from a different angle and I decided to present it in the form of a postcard for a change.

Brian Walbey: Thanks Cheryl. Your May festival should be good for some good music I would think.

Brian...!! I have an image almost identical to to this to go in next week! Mine has the tide in, though! It's a fabulous place and you've captured it well.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Alan, so your image of this will follow up mine as my image of Grace Darlings tomb will follow up yours in a few days time, we must both be on the same wavelength.
Beautiful shot, Brian - it's certainly a very dramatic view.
Brian Walbey: A lovely place to go Tom, thanks for your comment.
