Taps and Hoses

This was taken in a walled garden at Wollaton Park in the suburbs of Nottingham.

I just thought this is a novel way of making really good use of one tap, although I have never actually seen anything like this on sale anywhere.

These attachments have been common in Australia for the past 20 years, Brian.

I have not seen them in Thailand, though.
Brian Walbey: I hadn't seen a multi one like this before ray, it caught my eye.
What a cracking idea! I like the form of modern technology against that lovely old weathered brickwork.

I wonder if there is any significance to the yellow and red connectors.
Brian Walbey: Perhpas they colour code the hoses so they know which is which Alan. Thanks for your comment.

Where do l buy one, not that l have the water pressure to use them all at the same time smile
Brian Walbey: I don't think our outside tap would drive one of these very satisfactorily either Tony.

Great looking bricks
Brian Walbey: They are very old vintage, part of the wall of an old walled garden near a big house.
Clever idea. And clever shooting by you. I also love the bright plastic against the lovely soft colours of that brickwork.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Sheila. The contrast in textures is quite good I agree.

I bought something very similar in a local market a while ago Brian, lasted a couple of weeks then started leaking. Thanks for reminding me of it. smile
Brian Walbey: If it was a leaking failure I suspect you'd rather forget it Les smile
