Cotswold Collages - 15/15

I took a lot of photos during our trip to the Cotswolds in early July.  I am now presenting photos of the area in a series of 15 collages over three weeks which I hope you will enjoy.  They have been mixed up a bit to hopefully retain your interest and each individual photo has been processed using Topaz.

So I finish this lengthy series of pictures from the Cotswolds by returning to our base at Bourton-on-the-Water.  As I said before there were a lot of visitors later in the day and here are just a few of them, plus two ladies having a good chin-wag on a charity stall outside a community hall.

I'm overwhelmed that you all seem to have enjoyed this rather lengthy series, and I have received some very nice comments for which I say thanks.  I felt it was easier to present it this way than weeks of individual pictures, and if you are a U.K.resident you could do worse than pay this lovely little area of our country a visit.

Excellent, Brian.

Chock full of those migratory Tourists.

Fine, though long, series, too.
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Ray
Yes tourists come from all over the world to B_o_W and even from within Britain.
Brian Walbey: One of our favourite places to go I believe Chad.

It's like you're giving us mini-travelogues, Brian. It's a nice way to see a lot all at once!
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Ginnie.

We don't need to visit now Brian we have seen it all smile
Brian Walbey: Not quite all Tony, I think you would enjoy a visit here if you have never been, but like everywhere sometimes to get away from the big cities at times.
You working for various tourist boards, Brian? Nice ideas.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Chris, there has been several suggestions re turning these collages in to postcards during the series, I'm too long in the tooth for that now.

Very well done, Brian, on the whole series. And for me, that picture top left just makes this part of it.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Sheila, I like that top left picture as well.
A fine series Brian, bringing back memories of the area.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Janet, it's nice to know that memories are stired by ones pictures.
it's a great series.
lots of interesting buildings, people and places.
images are crisp and clear, well presented
Cheers

Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Rob.
Goodness! The whole place seems crawling with the Great Unwashed.. foreign ones at that! I wonder if the two dear ladies in the top left image are planning? Perhaps how they can increase their prices to such a ludicrous level to discourage such an invasion in future?
Brian Walbey: The interesting thing is that in this selection most of the visitors look Japanese or from that way Alan.
It has been an interesting series Brian..Thank you.
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Ron.

Dear Brian, I should be in bed right now, however I am looking at the last 20 pictures you posted, I am making a deep bow for the great quality and superb presentation of your delightful pictures, Ginnie and I would be in heaven to be able to visit Cotswold.
I don't know what you do wit your pictures, they turn out beautiful.
How does your new camera hold on?????
Please have a great weekend smile
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much for such a lovely appreciation of my pictures of the Cotswolds, I hope one day you and Ginnie will be able to visit there, in fact I made that same remark to her. I didn't know that Chad lives only a few miles from where we stayed or I might have been able to meet him. Next time perhaps. I am enjoying my new camera but haven't had the chance to do any serious work as yet but we are going to Yorkshire next weekend and hopefully I will have plenty to aim at there.
I'm with Astrid.
Great stuff.
Cheers
Rob
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Rob

Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Kavita, perhaps one day you may visit Britain.
You capture the atmosphere brilliantly
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Albert.
