Fishing Lodge and Bridge, Kedleston

This is another shot of the Fishing Lodge I featured yesterday from Kedleston Hall and in the background you can see the bridge over the river that I featured last week.

Unfortunately at the time of the day I was there the bridge was in shadow from this side.  To the left the river continues up through some weirs and tomorrow I will show you one of them. To those of you who take a break from SC at the weekend enjoy yourselves, I hope you will be back on Monday.

That is a darn-tootin' ornate structure for a fishing lodge, Brian! I declare.
Brian Walbey: Well darn me Missie Ginnie I do declare I am so pleased you like it smile
Now we are getting the full picture of the bridge, and the building, all is becoming clear.
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Sheila.

But now while seeing the river (or lake?) I believe that it is a Fishing Lodge! It is a fine building with beautiful ornaments and an archway decorated like a shell! I'm sure that Kedleston is a pleasant, relaxing place for me!
Brian Walbey: I am sure that on a sunny day you would really enjoy strolling round the park and house at Kedleston Philine.
I like the way you have plced this building right to the left (if that makes sense). Then our eyes are following this interesting sweep of water.
Brian Walbey: Yes it makes sense Chad, thanks for your comment.
Very nicely framed Brian. I like the perspective!
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Richard.
Lovely to it built in the same style as the House. I like your POV with the bridge in background.
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Alan.

Lovely view, nice seeing with the bridge. hard to believe that's a fishing lodge.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Aussie. It would be nice to have a look inside the lodge.

It looks very different from this angle, Brian. It looks more serene w/ the shadows I think. Have a good weekend yourself! smile
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much Mia.
