photoblog image Mirrors #2

Mirrors #2

The second of this series of two, and for the purists, three of a kind in the picture.

I saw a whole group of mirrors in this shop window at Saundersfoot but this seemed to make the best composition.

Note the red car in the right hand mirror, I'll say no more.

I like this Brian - it is different!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Chris, like Ginnie I can't make out why all the images aren't the same way up.
Clever. I like the invertions.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ian, the inversions are nothing to do with me, why it happened like that i do not know.
Well what an interesting photograph they make, Brian. Well done.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Chad, I was quite pleased with this once I looked at it on screen.

I have no clue why one image is not inverted but the others are, Brian. Surely some law of physics I know nothing about! But it sure does make for an intriguing study. Bravo!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ginnie, my laws of physics are not better than yours re some images being inverted, must be something to do with the type mirrors I suppose.

Very interesting Brian - the one in the middle is a real tease. Part of it seems to be the right way up and part of it seems to be sideways!
Ingrid
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ingrid, I couldn't really work out what is going on with the reflections, suffice it to say it is one of the more unusual shots I have taken over the years.

So well seen, Brian. I'd have walked straight by and missed this!

Very cool
Brian Walbey: Thanks Paul, Maureen was in a shop and I was waiting patiently in the street, as you do :-D and I just happened to see these mirrors and the rest is history as they say.

Well seen. amego! Lots of interesting pictures that are difficult to work out. Not sure about the red car comment, though.. is it double-parked?
Brian Walbey: Thanks Alan, all will become clear on Friday with the red car.
I like this very much, Brian. Lots to look at and puzzle over. (:o)
Brian Walbey: Thanks Rosalyn, as you will note none of us can work out while the images are not all the same way up.
