The first of my photographs of Wales was taken some years ago on a film compact and the resulting snapshot was scanned into PS a while ago.
This was taken in the lay-by coming out of Capel Curig on the A4086 towards Snowdon. This is a popular picnic spot by this little lake, and with no traffic about it can be very quiet and peaceful.
The Snowdon horseshoe of mountains is in the distance, and rumour has it that Capel Curig is the wettest place in Wales. It was certainly nice the day we were there.
