photoblog image Coast #5 - Sidmouth Sunset

Coast #5 - Sidmouth Sunset

The last in my weeks theme of "The Coast" is a sunset taken at Sidmouth, Devon, once again like the Teignmouth one on Monday in December, 2004.

It wasn't until later on that I realised I had got a silhouette of someone in the foreground to give the picture a bit of a base.

I hope you have enjoyed these photos, next week will see another theme from Tuesday to Friday. Enjoy the bank Holiday if you are in the U.K.

Nice tone Brian. The silhouetted figures certainly help this picture
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill, I had a 15 x 10 inches print done for the Club but it isn't as good as on screen so will not use it.

The colour's really unusual, almost like red wine. The silhouette adds just the right touch.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Ellie, it is a very deep colour, I agree.
