Clumber Bridge

Yesterday I presented this lovely Nottinghamshire bridge in B&W, with strong shadows and my wife looking over the wall. Today you can see the bridge in all its glory from the river bank, and including a nice reflection in the almost still water of the river.

But Brian....where is your wife???? smile I love reflections like this...and I'm guessing she had to come down to see it for herself.
Brian Walbey: I'm not sure if Maureen saw this view Ginnie, we were both wandering about, as you do. Glad you like it.

Great reflection
Brian Walbey: I think the reflection makes this picture, if the water was choppy it wouldn't be the same.
This is a really nice picture : Bravo !
Brian Walbey: Thanks very much.
The bridge's shadow is magnificent. Good shot
Brian Walbey: THanks Ogonna.
Fantastic shot and clear reflection, especially the centre one makes a perfect circle.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Helen, I also like the tiny ripples on the water as well as the shapes.
No Maureen but a lovely shot of the bridge!
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill, as I said to Ginnie I think maureen had gone walkabout when I took this.

A cracking reflection.. those rich mellow colours really do make it stand out.
Brian Walbey: Thanks Alan, I feel lucky I was there at the time for this lighting.

Caught the reflection just fine Brian, well seen.
