Hidden away in the eastern part of Nottinghamshire is the small town of Southwell, but the town is famous for two buildings, the National Trusts restored Victorian Workhouse, and this building, the Minster. We have only visited the town and Minster once during our time living in the East Midlands and vow every year to do so again. It is a magnificent building and this is just one small part of the outside of the building. One day I intend revisiting and trying to do the place more justice with my camera than I did that particular day.
