Bullseye

We took our Grandson out to a farm open day last summer and this very big bull was, thankfully, tethered to a rail in the farmyard.

I managed to get in close from the other side of the rail and got this close-up shot of part of his head, including his eye.

I felt this particular border helps to pull attention into his eye.

A good experiment, Brian, and the eye is nicely postioned in the frame and there is good detail to the bull's coat (what do they have - hair, is it?) I also like the position of the bull's tether, together with its colour.
Brian Walbey: Their coat is a sort of coarse hair Alan, mind you I didn't get too near to touch it. The blue seems to react with the browns quite well I think.

It sure did, love the details, I think your grandson will have had a great time
Brian Walbey: Our Grandson spent time playing on the straw bales and doing the tractor and trailer rides Astrid, but we all had a good afternoon.
