I said during a recent posting we visited the Great Central Railway at Loughborough recently.  There was very little happening but I used my new G10 to take a few shots anyway and this week you will see some of them.

The steam locomotive you caught sight of in yesterdays image was 42085, the Fairburn 2-6-4T tank which has recently been totally rebuilt, including new side tanks, at Loughborough on behalf of its owners, the Lakeside & haverthwaite Railway in the Lake District.
