What a nice place, Brian.
Brian Walbey: I really liked this short row of cottages.
Ce mur est joliment décoré.
Brian Walbey: It seems to add to the niceness of the cottages.
Just love that garden!
Brian Walbey: I bet it takes some looking after.
How lovely, Brian. I like the painted brick.
Brian Walbey: One sees a lot of painted brick over here on older properties.

No doubt the homes of former dock workers, I should think. The present owners like their gardens.
Brian Walbey: I guess they were, they are just down fron the canal basin. The gardens were well cared for.
You have portrayed Stourport in a very favourable light Brian
Brian Walbey: Thanks Bill, I found the shopping area to be a bit tired and needing a spruce up, until I came upon my post for Friday which bought a smile to my face.

Someone has a very lush garden Brian.
Brian Walbey: They were all very well looked after Chad.
How to make uphill more interesting - make a gorgeous garden.
Brian Walbey: I seem to recall most of the gardens in this terrace were like this one.

Can be a good place to have a tea, among the hydrangeas. Although this specific picture doesn't require it, I started wondering how polarising filters sold during your heat weeks.
Brian Walbey: Just past the end of this terrace is a really good tearoom now you mention tea smile A lot of the modern non-DSLR style cameras such as Fuji's etc., don't have a facility for fitting polarisers or other filters, or even lens hoods. I have polarisers for the lenses on my DSLR (Olympus) but mostly forget about using them!
A nicely stocked garden

Like how they've done the wall to match to the rendering on the house. That's a lovely lush front garden.
