Frank has just schooled me on what all those numbers mean.
Brian Walbey: No doubt this would have been bread and butter to Frank in his younger days as it was to several of us other 'older' guys on SC., I'm glad to readhe is keeping you well educated in such things smile

We had three out of this 4 shedded at Bath Green Park at one time or another. I don't remember ever having seen one of those class 2 moguls anywhere on the WR
Brian Walbey: In my days of spotting etc.being from LNER country I wouldn't have seen any of these types passing through my way.
they are rather powerful, Brian. do you have individual shots of them?
Brian Walbey: Within my hundreds of pictures taken at this heritage railway I have got pictures of most of them at work, indeed they can be found in my SC archive no doubt.
I may well have seen all of these in the past elsewhere, those 92ers' were never green, they were very similar to the 'Brittania' class, but unamed of course.
Brian Walbey: I never saw these when I was a youngster, wrong part of the country I suppose. I don't know why it is green, there is a bit more about it here. http://www.gcrailway.co.uk/the-railway/locomotives/92214-cock-o-the-north/
A fine selection of workhorses Brian
Brian Walbey: And they were all running at the gala, usually they have 6 running on the Fridays and 8 on Saturdays and Sundays, it is a very busy schedule.

These represent thousands of hours of work by the volunteers; well done to them!
Brian Walbey: Indeed they do Alan and countless sums of money.
