'Scene' At Hawkshead Village 3/7

I’ve mentioned before about my daughters Bulldog (see below) and indeed posted that picture of Reggie a while back. I just couldn’t avoid taking a picture of this outside a pub and sending a copy to our Caroline.

L'affiche est très drôle.
Brian Walbey: I'd never seen one like it before.
HA! Nothing like a couple of good bulldog pics, Brian. smile (My son graduated from the University of Georgia, whose mascot is the bulldog.)
Brian Walbey: We love our Carolines Reggie, he is now 11 which is a very good age for a Bulldog, hopefully he will go on for a few more years yet.

Nice to know some places are dog friendly Brian
Brian Walbey: Indeed Chris, as long as the dogs are well behaved.

Your daughter's bulldog looks very fit and has wonderful colours. Love the poster... I would have captured that too.

I imagine your daughter enjoyed this poster very much Brian
Brian Walbey: She did Bill.

Not the sort of place that I would wish to eat Brian.
Brian Walbey: I'm not keen on dogs being in pubs, but as long as they are keot under control I guess that is o.k.

I'm a bit like Chad - I think I would prefer not to eat here :-(

Up right after Chad's shot - coincidence but funny. I absolutely love these dogs.
Brian Walbey: I had a quick look at Chad's shot, almost two of a kind. Reggie is 11 now which is a very good age for a Bulldog, hopefully he will go on for a few more years yet.

This is typically English - the Britons love their dogs, see the phrase "Dog spelt afterwords means ..."
Brian Walbey: Some of us particularly like our Bulldogs.
How very civilized!
Brian Walbey: As long as their owners keep them in check I don't mind.

Hahah!! Does Reggie have a Union Jack tee-shirt. too?
Brian Walbey: No Reggie doesn't have one of those as far as I know smile
: D, strong, surely the dogs will agree.
Brian Walbey: I'm sure they will Claudio.
